Gateway
This field displays the current gateway or router address used by the
machine. If you are not using DHCP or BOOTP to obtain the gateway
or router address, enter the address you wish to assign. If you do not
have a gateway or router, leave this field blank. Check with your
network manager if you are unsure.
(For MFC-410CN, MFC-620CN, MFC-3340CN, MFC-5440CN,
MFC-5840CN)

Press Menu/Set, 5, 1, 4. (4, 1, 4 for MFC-5440CN)

Select 1 to change. Enter the Gateway address.

Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select 3.LAN.
Press Set.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select 1.Setup TCP/IP.
Press Set.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select 4.Gateway.
Press Set.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select 1 to change.
Press Set.

Press ▲ repeatedly to enter the first three-digit number for the
Gateway address.
Press Set.
Repeat this step until you have entered the fourth three-digit
number to complete the Gateway address.

Press Stop/Exit.
Each number can also be increased or decreased by holding
down
▲ or ▼.
