Deleting a Document from Memory

Press Function

Memory Reference.

Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select 4.DELETE DOCUMENT
→ press
OK.

Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you
want to delete.
Ex:
• You can also enter the transaction number using the numeric keys.

Press OK.
• The machine asks you to confirm that you want to delete the document.

(–) to delete the document.
• The machine deletes the document.
• If you change your mind and want to keep the document in memory, press e (+) for NO.
• To continue deleting other documents in memory → repeat the procedures from step 3.

Press Stop/Reset to return to standby display.
