128 Troubleshooting Chapter 4
Close Printer Cover The printer’s front cover is open. To resume printing, close
the cover.
Insufficient Memory The print job was too complex for available memory.
Discard the last printed page, and try one or more of the
following:
Close other applications while printing this job.
Print the job in smaller sections.
Try reprinting the job with a lower resolution, such as
300 dpi.
Reformat the most complicated pages in the print job
to reduce graphics and other complex formatting.
Network Adapter Error The network adapter or printer power is not on, or the
printer is not connected.
Port Busy The printer port is being used by other equipment.
Printing Failed There is a connection problem. For example, the printer
cable has been disconnected or the port connection
destination has been changed during printing.
Service Error The Canon Advanced Printing Technology has detected an
internal problem in the LBP-810 engine.
1 Turn off and unplug the printer.
2 Open the front cover and remove the EP-22 cartridge.
3 Reinsert the cartridge properly. Use both hands to close
the front cover completely.
4 Plug in and turn on your printer.
5 If the error persists, contact your Canon authorized
service representative.
