Removing The Keyboard
NOTE:
To remove a cable from a ZIF connector, lift both corners of the ZIF
connector and slide simultaneously with constant light force. Then
remove the cable.

Disconnecting the Flex Cable from the ZIF
Connector on the System Board
1.
Prepare
the
computer
for
disassembly
2. Remove
the
palmrest
cover with
touch pad
3. Gently
lift the front
of the
keyboard
up, and
disconnect
the flex
cable from
the ZIF
connector
on the
system
board.
