To remove
the RTC
battery,
complete
the
following
steps:
1. Remove
the Multi-
media
Expansion
Unit.
2. Turn the
computer
upside down
with the back
of the
computer
facing
forward.
3. Remove
the RTC
battery
cover by
lifting the
cover at
the
indention.
4. Remove
the RTC
battery
from the
base
enclosure.
5.
Disconnect
the RTC
battery
cable from
the system
board to
remove the
battery.
To replace
the RTC
battery,
reverse the
removal
procedures.
