When enabled, will prohibit the system BIOS to
downgrade to version 2.1.0 or earlier version.
NOTE: You will not be able to change the setting once
the feature is enabled.

By default, this feature is set to disabled for the
compliance of updating the system BIOS. This token
works with the password jumper when the jumper is
set to enabled. When the setting is disabled, the
system BIOS can be updated to any revision that
contains a valid digital signature.
