6. With the LCD bracket rotated 90 degrees, set the display onto the chassis and align the
bracket guide pins.
7. Install the back hinge cap and tighten the two screws securing the cover.
8. Install the front two screws securing the display to the chassis. Rotate the display to
notebook mode before continuing.
9. Install the keyboard. (see
Keyboard chapter for reference)
10. Install the hinge cover. (see
Hinge Cover chapter for reference)
11. Turn the system over so the bottom side is facing up.
12. Install the seventeen (17) screws (7 – 2.5 x 5-mm and 10 - 2.5 x 8-mm) securing the palm
rest from the bottom of the XT2 XFR.
