Turn the printer off. Make sure that the ribbon is
not blocked inside the cartridge by turning the
tension knob, then wait 3 seconds and turn the
printer on. If the problem is not solved, call
Technical Assistance.
Cut sheet has not been
loaded
You have not correctly
inserted the cut sheet
Insert again cut sheet into the front paper entry slot
making sure that it reaches the roller.
Press
LOAD

The paper chute is in down
