The "Time Stamp" field contains the cumulative power-on time in minutes, which
will be reported when the LOG SENSE command is issued. The values that may
be reported in the "BMS Status" field are as follows:
"0h" Scanning is not in process.
"1h" Background Medium Scan processing is in progress.
"2h" Pre-Scan processing is in progress.
"3h" Scanning stopped due to a hardware error or because the SMART test
phase was reached.
"4h" Reserved
"5h" Scanning stopped because a format without a P-List was encountered.
"6h" Reserved
"7h"
Scanning stopped because the temperature dropped below 10°C or
exceeded 60°C.
"8h" During an interval.
