4.3 The M1405 Quick Battery Life Test
How To Test the Battery Life
The M1405 features a special function to test the life remaining in
the battery. This function is tied to the secondary mouse button of
theunitstouchpad.Thebelowsectionbrieyexplainshowtouse
this feature on the notebook to enable you to check the battery life
of the M1405.
Locate the secondary mouse button (Right Button) and look for the
small battery icon next to the button as shown below. You can then
pressthebuttoninforabout3to5secondstobeginthetest.(The
notebook needs to be off to enable the test).
Battery status, Press here.
Oncepressed,the6StatusLEDLightswillilluminatebetween1
and6-Themorelightsilluminated,thehigherthebatterycapacity
of the battery, while the less lights, the lower the capacity.
