If you set up your HP PSC and connect it directly to your computer before you install the
software, you may encounter one of the following:
If the message appeared and you clicked Next or OK, do the following:
1 Press Esc to exit.
2 Turn off your HP PSC.
3 Follow the software installation steps outlined in the Setup Poster that came with
your HP PSC.

If you receive a message that you have a previously installed version or software has
already been installed, installation of your HP PSC software will not be complete. HP
does not support multiple officejets or PSC’s on the same computer system.
