The IBM Option Diskette contains a problem-solving diagnostic program for DOS.
You must successfully load the CD-RW drive device drivers before starting the
diagnostic program.
To start the diagnostic program, insert the IBM Option Diskette, type A:CDDIAG at the
DOS prompt, and press Enter.
Additional help
The READ.ME file on the IBM Option Diskette includes troubleshooting hints. If you
follow these instructions and still have a problem, go to Appendix D, “Help and
service information” on page 2-20.
