If user libraries are to be distributed, use the Save Library (SAVLIB) command to save the user libraries on
the distribution media. If user directories are to be distributed, use the Save (SAV) command to save the
user directories on the distribution media. The QLPUSER program in the QGPL library can be used to
restore the user libraries at the target site system. See Installing applications and restoring objects using a
user-defined installation program for information about creating a program that performs installation tasks.

You may have other licensed programs to be distributed that do not appear on the Save Licensed
Programs display. If so, use the Save Licensed Program (SAVLICPGM) command to save the new
licensed program on the distribution media.

The Generate CD-ROM Premastering Information (qlpGenCdPremasteringInfo) API is used to return
information about the size of the media files saved and about which CD-ROM volume the files reside on.
This API also creates the distribution set map.

Installing the distribution media at the target site system
Attention
If you see message CPZ2015, you are trying to install the operating system that is intended for a 9401 Model 150 on
another model OS/400. If you are installing from a SAVSYS media, the media was created on a 9401 Model 150
iSeries server.
You need to use installation media that is not intended for 9401 Model 150 iSeries servers. See Things to do before
you create a distribution or premastering media with GO LICPGM Menu Option 40.
Contact your software service provider if you do not have this media.
