4.1 Introduction
This chapter introduces the MFP print server’s system conguration utility in a
Windows environment. This utility provides the most complete management and
conguration functions on the MFP server side. This utility only provides conguration

the client side or other le servers in the network environment.
The Conguration utility provides these conguration and management functions:
Search MFP Server: Search all available MFP servers on the network.
Status: Display MFP server network status.
General Conguration: Congure general settings about the MFP server, such
as server name and password.
TCP/IP Conguration: IP address and DHCP server conguration.
System Conguration: MFP server network ability setting and rmware upgrade.
Wireless Conguration: Search for the available wireless networks and congure
the wireless settings of the MFP server for the wireless connection.
