model number USA-19, the Blackberry
Desktop
Manager v2.1
is not able to communicate with
Keyspan USB PDA Adapter with the model number of
USA-19 due to a bug in the
Desktop Manager
. The
currently shipping models of the Keyspan USB PDA
Adapter *USA-19Q, USA-19Qi) are compatible. If you
have the USA-19 model, please contact Keyspan tech
support for further details.

- If you are running
Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, or Windows Me, you will
have to add "

" to your modem initialization string.
This is not necessary on Windows 2000 and Windows
