My Address Book function

9.4 Using My Address Book when sending
When sending a document in Scan/Fax mode or sending a document saved in the user box, a desired
address in My Address Book can be specified.
9.4.1 Specifying an address
When using the My Address Book functions, the following screen appears when specifying an address.
Addresses registered in My Address Book are displayed depending on the destination type. Select a desired
destination key.
To specify an address registered in the public address book, touch [Public].
9.4.2 Searching for an address
When the desired address is not found, the address can be searched for. Touch [Search] on the screen used
for searching for an address.
[Address Type] searches for the address based on the type of the registered address. [Detail Search]
searches for the registered addresses based on the name of the address or part of registered data.
