Note: Leave the power cable plugged in for at least 2-5 minutes until the
projector returns to room temperature before placing the projector inside
the soft case. Placing the projector into the case too soon after switching
off the power could cause the projector to overheat.
The projector turns off.
Positioning the projector
To determine where to position the projector, consider the size and shape of your
screen, the location of your power outlets, and the distance between the projector
and the rest of your equipment. Following are some general guidelines:
v Position the projector on a flat surface at a right angle to the screen. The
projector must be at least 1.5 m (4.9 ft) from the projection screen.
v Position the projector within 2.7 m (9 ft) of your power source and within 1.8 m
(6 ft) of any wired video devices (unless you purchase extension cables). To
ensure adequate cable access, do not place the projector within .15 m (6 in.) of a
wall or other object.
Note: Wireless range may vary depending on environmental conditions.
v Position the projector the desired distance from the screen. The distance from the
lens of the projector to the screen, the zoom setting, and the video format
determine the size of the projected image.
Attention: Ensure that projector air flow is sufficient and not blocked or using
recirculated air. Please also ensure that the projector is not in a confined space.
