criterio,repararánosustituiránelProductodeformagratuitasielCompradororiginaldetectadentrodelperiododela
Garantía(indicadoposteriormente)que:(i)elProductonofuncionacorrectamenteoquesehaaveriadoduranteeluso
normaldelmismodeacuerdoconlasindicacionesdelmanualdeinstruccionessuministradoconelProducto(enlo
sucesivoel“Manual del usuario
”);o(ii)elpanelLCDyelbrillodelProductonopuedenmantenerelbrillorecomendado
queseespecicaenelManualdelusuarioduranteelusonormaldelProductodeacuerdoconlasdescripcionesdel
Manualdelusuario.
ElperíododevalidezdeestaGarantíaesdecinco(5)añosdesdelafechadecompradelProducto(enadelante,“Período
degarantía”),teniendoencuentaqueelPeríododegarantíadelbrillodelProductoestálimitadoacinco(5)añosa
partirdelafechadecompradelProducto,siemprequeeltiempodeusoseainferioroiguala10.000horas(siendo
elbrillode400cd/m
2
ylatemperaturadecolorde7500K)oinferioroiguala20.000horas(siendoelbrillode300cd/
m
2
ylatemperaturadecolorde6500K).EIZOysusDistribuidoresnotendránningunaresponsabilidadniobligación
conrespectoalProductoparaconelCompradororiginalnicontercerosquenoseanlasestipuladasenlapresente
Garantía.
EIZOysusDistribuidoresnoestaránobligadosasuministrarcualquierrecambiodelProductounavezpasadossiete
(7)añosdesdequesedejedefabricarelmismo.Paralareparacióndelmonitor,EIZOylosdistribuidoresutilizarán
repuestosquecumplanconnuestrosestándaresdecontroldecalidad.
LaGarantíaesválidasóloenlospaísesyterritoriosdondeestánubicadoslosDistribuidores.LaGarantíanorestringe
ningúnderecholegaldelCompradororiginal.
ApesardelasestipulacionesdeestaGarantía,EIZOysusDistribuidoresnotendránobligaciónalgunabajoesta
Garantíaenningunodeloscasosexpuestosacontinuación:
(a) CualquierdefectodelProductocausadopordañoseneltransporte,modicación,alteración,abuso,usoincorrecto,
accidente,instalaciónincorrecta,desastre,mantenimientoincorrectoy/oreparaciónindebidarealizadaporun
terceroquenoseaEIZOosusDistribuidores.
(b) CualquierincompatibilidaddelProductodebidaaposiblesinnovacionestécnicasy/oreglamentaciones.
(c) Cualquierdeteriorodelsensor;
(d) Cualquierdeterioroenelrendimientodelavisualizacióncausadoporfallosenlaspiezasconsumiblescomoel
paneldecristallíquidoy/olaluzdefondo,etc.(p.ej.cambiosdeuniformidaddelbrillo,cambiosdecolor,cambios
deuniformidaddelcolor,defectosdepíxeles,incluyendopíxelesmuertos,etc.).
(e) CualquierdeteriorodelProductocausadoporelusocontinuadoconunbrillosuperioralrecomendadoenel
Manualdelusuario.
(f) CualquierdefectodelProductocausadoporunequipoexterno.
(g) CualquierdefectodelProductoenelquehayasidoalteradooborradoelnúmerodeserieoriginal.
(h) CualquierdeterioronormaldelProducto,yenparticulardelaspiezasconsumibles,accesoriosydemás(p.ej.
botones,piezasgiratorias,cables,Manualdelusuario,etc.).
(i) Cualquierdeformación,decoloracióny/oalabeodelexteriordelProductoincluidalasuperciedelpanelLCD.
ParaobtenerservicioenlostérminosdeestaGarantía,elProductodeberáserenviadoporelCompradororiginal,
asuDistribuidorlocal,coneltransportepreviamentepagado,enelembalajeoriginaluotroembalajeadecuadoque
ofrezcaelmismogradodeprotección,asumiendoelriesgodedañosy/opérdidadelProductoduranteeltransporte.El
CompradororiginaldeberápresentaruncomprobantedecompradelProductoenelquesereejelafechadecompra
delmismocuandolosoliciteelserviciodeGarantía.
ElPeriododegarantíaparacualquierProductoreemplazadoy/oreparadoenlostérminosdeestaGarantíaexpiraráal
vencerelPeriododegarantíaoriginal.
EIZOOLOSDISTRIBUIDORESAUTORIZADOSDEEIZO NOSERESPONSABILIZANDE NINGÚNDAÑOO
PÉRDIDAQUEPUEDANSUFRIRLOSDATOSUOTRAINFORMACIÓNALMACENADAENCUALQUIERMEDIOO
CUALQUIERPARTEDECUALQUIERPRODUCTODEVUELTOAEIZOOALOSDISTRIBUIDORESDEEIZOPARA
SUREPARACIÓN.
EIZOYLOSDISTRIBUIDORESAUTORIZADOSDEEIZONOOFRECENNINGUNAOTRAGARANTÍA,IMPLÍCITA
NI EXPLÍCITA,CON RESPECTOAL PRODUCTOYA SUCALIDAD,RENDIMIENTO,COMERCIABILIDADE
