for example, Output_Pulse 1 On 5m30s
Value ranges for <time> parameter:
<time> If Network Indication and Time Zone (NITZ) network service is
supported, the range is from 1 second to 7 days.
If NITZ network service is not supported, the range is from 1 second to 23
hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
<days> If NITZ network service is supported, the range is from 1 … 7
days.
<hours> 1…23
<minutes> 1…59
<seconds> 1…59
Value examples for valid <time>:
7d, 6d23h59m59s, 45m, 59s, 4h25s, 30m45s, etc.
Value examples for invalid <time>:
7d1s Maximum time (7 days) exceeded
3m3m There cannot be two unit fields of the same
100s Maximum second and minute value is 59. Use 1m40s instead
24h Maximum hour value is 23. Use 1d instead of 24h
