At the top of the screen, tap INSERT > Comment.
Search for text in a document
At the top of the screen, tap HOME > Find.
Create an Excel workbook
With Microsoft Excel, you can create new Excel workbooks.
1. Tap Excel.
2. Tap the blank workbook or a template.
3. Tap a cell, then tap the text box above the workbook.
4. Type in values or text.
5. To save your workbook, tap .
Tip:
To save your workbook to SkyDrive, tap FILE > Save As >
SkyDrive. You must be signed in to your Microsoft account to
use SkyDrive.
Create a PowerPoint presentation
You can create a new presentation with Microsoft PowerPoint.
1. Tap PowerPoint.
2. Tap a template.
3. Create your presentation.
4. To add a slide, tap the place on the left side of the screen where you
want to add the slide, and tap New Slide.
5. To save your presentation, tap .
Tip:
To save your presentation to SkyDrive, tap FILE > Save As >
SkyDrive. You must be signed in to your Microsoft account to
use SkyDrive.
View and edit a PowerPoint presentation
Add the nishing touches to your presentation en route to your
meeting with Microsoft PowerPoint.
1. Tap PowerPoint.
2. If you have created the presentation recently, it is listed under
Recent. Tap the presentation.
3. If you can’t nd the presentation under Recent, tap Open Other
Presentations and locate the le. Then tap the le and Open.
4. Edit the slides.
To go to a specic slide, tap the slide in the list on the left.
Tip:
To add a comment to a slide, at the top of the screen, tap
INSERT > Comment.
