Follow these steps to install a DIMM.
1.
Turn off the Switch.
2.
Remove the power cord.
3.
Remove the top cover.
4.
Press down the locking levers on both sides of the DIMM.
5.
Pull the DIMM up to remove it from the slot.
6.
Place a new DIMM in the slot, making sure to properly position
the DIMM's alignment keys. Make sure the DIMM is pressed
firmly into the socket.
7.
Pull up the locking levers on both sides of the DIMM, and snap in the
DIMM, as necessary.
8.
Replace the top cover.

The Switch ships with 64 Mbits of memory installed. To increase the memory,
contact Nortel Networks.
