Sending Faxes
Sending to pre-programmed parties in the broadcast memory
The same document will be sent to the specific parties whose numbers are stored in broadcast
memory.
The memory capacity is approx. 21 pages based on the ITU-T No. 1 Test Chart in standard
resolution (p. 73).

Insert the document FACE DOWN.
If necessary, press
repeatedly to select the desired setting (p. 26).

Rotate until the following is
displayed.

Press .
The document will be fed into the unit and
scanned into memory. The unit will then
transmit the data to each station, calling
each number sequentially.
After transmission, the stored document will
be erased automatically, and the unit will
automatically print a broadcast sending
report
(see below).

Note:
If you select the “FINE”, “SUPER FINE” or “HALF
TONE” resolution, the number of pages that the unit
can transmit will decrease.
If one of the stations is busy or does not answer, the
station will be skipped. All skipped stations will be
redialed up to 2 times after all of the other stations
have been called.
To cancel the broadcast setting
1. Press while the unit displays the
following message.
