Receiving Faxes

If you have a telephone line just for faxes, we recommend the following setup.
Example: One telephone line is used for voice calls and a separate telephone line for faxes.
FAX ONLY mode!
(all calls are received as faxes)
If the arrow (▼) is not shown on the right of the
display, turn it on by pressing .

The display will show the current number of rings
in the FAX ONLY mode.

If you wish to change the number of rings, rotate
until the desired ring count is
displayed and press .
ON
●
The unit will automatically answer all calls and
only receive fax documents.

Only a fax machine is connected.
Activating the FAX ONLY mode
Note:

If the arrow is already shown on the right of the display and you wish to change the ring count, turn the
arrow off once then on again by pressing and follow the instructions above.
●
This mode should not be used with a telephone line which is used for both voice and fax calls. Fax
communication will be attempted even if someone is trying to call you.
