Check that the driver is installed properly using Device Manager.

1 Click [start] ➝ right-click [My Computer] ➝ select [Properties].
2 Select [Hardware] ➝ [Device Manager] ➝ [View] ➝ [Device].
After installation, connect the drive to the computer, then the
window below appears.
