Before asking for service, check the following points.
Power does

The DMD

devices are produced using high-precision technology (Three sheets of approximately
780,000 pixels (for PT-D9510U)/1,310,000 pixels (for PT-D9610U)are used for the projector.), but
there might be extremely small chipped or brighter points of the picture on the screen.
