Color
• Do the following operation while displaying the image you want to adjust or set.
• Select the menu name “Color”.
See “Menu Operation Method” on Page E-34 for information about performing menu operations. The item name display will
differ depending on the input signal. See “List of Item Names Offering Input Selection and Adjustments/Settings” on Pages
E-39.
Quick Color Adj.
This function selects the preset color mode.
* The preset color mode will differ depending on the input source.
Press the QUICK COLOR ADJ button and select the setting details with the
SELECT (̇ ̈) buttons.
Selection of the setting details can also be made with each press of the QUICK
COLOR ADJ button.
Note:
When an item other than Custom is selected with Quick Color Adj., the gamma,
color temperature, and white level adjustment items are displayed in gray, and se-
lection and adjustment are not possible.

Standard ................... Selection of the standard (default setting).
Movie mode.............. Selection of color priority best suited to movies.
Blackboard mode...... Selects the optimum colors when the projection surface is a blackboard.
Custom ..................... Allows the selection and adjustment of the gamma, color temperature, and white level adjustment
items.
Input Source Color Mode
Standard ................... Selection of the standard (default setting).
Color priority ............ Selection of color priority.
Brightness priority .... Selection of brightness priority.
Blackboard mode...... Selects the optimum colors when the projection surface is a blackboard.
Custom ..................... Allows the selection and adjustment of the gamma, color temperature, and white level adjustment

Gamma
Gamma corrects the proportion of change of the dark portions from the
bright portions of the input signal.
Set this to reproduce natural color tone or to distinctly project a per-
sonal computer picture in a bright conference room.
Select the “Gamma” item name and select the setting contents with the SELECT
(̇̈) buttons.
Normal ....... Correction with standard settings
Natural........ Corrects for natural color tones
Real ............ Corrects with emphasis on brightness
Note:
