If the record includes a quantity, the quantity is given after a
comma at the end of the line.
The second line of the data-review screen tells the number of
the currently displayed record and the total number of
records. The top line of the data-review screen offers options
for moving through the records in memory.

Press the <F2> key to move to the next record.
If the currently displayed record is the last one, the portable
will briefly display
END OF FILE on the second line.
3. Press the <F1> key to move to the previous record.
If the currently displayed record is the first one, the portable
will briefly display
START OF FILE on the second line.
4. The bottom line of the screen offers options for deleting records
and returning to the data-collection screen.
To delete the currently displayed record, press the <F3> key.
The message
ARE YOU SURE? appears on the first line of the
screen.
To delete the record, press <F3> again; to cancel, press <F4>.
5. When finished reviewing the data records, press <F4> once to
return to the data-collection screen or twice to return to the
application menu.
