Using Portable File Transfer Program (PTFER)
Installing & Setting up PTFER
To prepare for a data transfer between the PC and the PT2000 or
TopGun, complete the following steps:
1. If the utility software is not already installed on the PC, install it
following the instructions included with the diskette packaged
with the portable.
2. In Windows, click on the Portable File Transfer (PTFER) icon in
the PSC program group to get a blank
PTFER window (refer to
Figure 5-1).

windows may look slightly different.
