Click the [Job] button.
The Windows spooler window appears.

Right-click the name of the job you wish to control.
A drop down list appears.

Select the desired item.
Item Comments
Pause To pause printing
Restart To reset the printer so that it is ready
to print (ready status)
Cancel To cancel the print job
Click the [Job] button.
