6. Command Specification
This clause includes all supported SCSI Commands. Elements of this clause come from clauses 7, 8 and 9 of the
ANSI NCITS 351-2001 (SPC-2), ANSI NCITS 408-2005 (SPC-3), ANSI NCITS.335:2000 (SSC), SCSI interface
specification.

Note: In compliance with the SCSI specification, the unit will terminate the command with a CHECK
CONDITION status and the sense key will be set to ILLEGAL REQUEST when a reserved bit, byte, field or
code is not ZERO.
The unit has an embedded SCSI controller interface and therefore is a single target, single logical unit device on
the SCSI bus. The Obsolete for the drive is fixed and is set to ZERO. In order to be SCSI-2 or SCSI-3 compatible,
the following scheme is used to check the LUN:
SCSI-2 states that the LUN addressed by the initiator will appear in the IDENTIFY message sent to the target on
selection. LUN field inside of CDB will be “obsolete”.
