Specifying Default Conference Properties
Enter user or group names in the editors or
users text elds one per line or separated
by a semicolon, in the following formats:
Adding users under Local authentication:
Users must be entered in this format:
MACHINENAME\user.name
Local user accounts must be created
on the Content Server rst (see Adding
Users)
Adding local groups is not supported.
Adding users under Domain authentication
Users must be entered in this
format: DOMAINNAME\user.name or
DOMAINNAME\user.name:Display name
Groups must be entered in this format:
@group.name
Adding users under LDAP authentication
Users must be entered in this format:
user.name or user.name:Display name
Groups must be entered in this format:
@group.name
Editors. Editors can edit and delete a
conference.
Users. Users can view the conference.
Entry in this eld is disabled if Allow
access to all users checkbox is selected.
Editors entered into the Recording
Alias will be able to edit the resulting
Conferences created using the Recording
Alias.
If no Editors are entered, either the
administrator or the owner of the
Recording Alias must edit the conference
when it has concluded to add in more
editors.
Entering User Names
An Overview of the Options
Allow access to all users. If this
checkbox is selected AND Guest
access is enabled in Site Settings, all
guests can view the conference.
If Allow access to all users checkbox
is selected AND Guest access is
not enabled in Site Settings, all
authenticated (logged in) users can
view the conference.
Password. If a password is entered into
the Recording Alias, all conferences
made with this recording alias will have
the same password.
