Features of e-STUDIO165/205
A black-and-white copier the e-STUDIO165/205 has realized the copying speed of 16 copies
per minute

(the e-STUDIO165) and also the copying speed of 20 copies per minute

(the
e-STUDIO205). Both of them can be a printer and a scanner when they are connected to your
PC with a USB cable

The e-STUDIO165/205 also has functions as a Fax, a network scanner and a network printer,
namely, it remarkably saves time and space at your workplace.
Lightweight and space-saving equipment with more emphasis on basic functions
y The receiving tray is relocated to the equipment’s inner side, occupying as little space as
possible.
y Operability of the control panel has been upgraded with its larger buttons and LCD screen.
y A wide range of paper sizes from A3 to A5-R are acceptable.
y The bypass tray equipped as a standard unit makes copying on various media types such as
overhead transparencies possible.
y Scanning data with a TWAIN driver is enabled as a standard function.
y A rich variety of convenient copying functions are adopted.

y The Reversing Automatic Document Feeder (RADF) / Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)

y The Network Printer Kit works as a shared printer at your office.
y The Paper Feed Unit (PFU), the Paper Feed Pedestal (PFP) and the Drawer Module can
add maximum 4 more drawers.
y The Expansion Memory can increase the maximum number of originals which can be
scanned in one go when the finishing mode is used.
Ecological energy-saving design
y A toner recycling system which produces no used toner is adopted.
y Its warm-up time is shortened to approx. 25 seconds.
y The low power mode, which reduces unnecessary electric power by having the fuser unit
temperature lowered while the equipment is left inactive, is adopted.
y The sleep mode, which maintains the smallest possible power consumption during the
equipment’s inactive period after it has not been used within a specified period of time, is
adopted.

tinuously copied and the Reversing Automatic Document Feeder (optional) / Automatic Document
Feeder (optional) is not used.

*3 When the equipment is used as a network printer with the Network Printer Kit (optional) installed, it can-
not be connected with your PC with a USB cable and used as a local printer.
