Map the VLANs 1-100 to Instance 1:
TL-SL3428(config)#spanning-tree mst configuration
TL-SL3428(config-mst)#instance 1 vlan 1-100
Disable Instance 1, namely remove all the mapping VLANs 1-100:
TL-SL3428(config)#spanning-tree mst configuration
TL-SL3428(config-mst)#no instance 1
Remove VLANs 1-50 in mapping VLANs 1-100 for Instance 1:
TL-SL3428(config)#spanning-tree mst configuration
TL-SL3428(config-mst)#no instance 1 vlan 1-50
