After connecting the CRW3200SX drive to the computer, follow the steps below to
check that the drive is recognized properly by the computer.
For Windows

Turn on the computer.

Check that the CRW3200SX drive and the SCSI card are
recognized properly by the computer.
For Windows 95/98/98 Second Edition/Me

Select Start on the task bar, then Settings, Control Panel, System, and
Device Manager tab. The Device Manager dialog box appears.
For Windows Me, if the
System
icon is not found in the
Control Panel
window, click
view all Control Panel options
on the left side of the window.
2 Check that the following icons are shown.
a:
“YAMAHA CRW3200S” in the “CDROM” item

“SCSI controllers”
