After you finish loading the ribbon and media, continue reading through
“Operation”and“ConfigurationandCalibration.”Performthefollow-
ing initial printer power-up steps as you come to them:
1. Power On Self Test (POST)
2. Calibration
Subsequent power-ups will not necessarily require step 2 to be per-
