Troubleshooting

some instructions are provided to help you to diagnose and to solve the problem.

8.1 Problems Starting Up the Prestige

PROBLEM CORRECTIVE ACTION
None of the LEDs are on when
I turn on the Prestige.
Check the connection between the AC adapter and the Prestige. Make sure
the adapter is plugged into an appropriate power source.
If the error persists, you may have a hardware problem. In this case, you
should contact your vendor.
8.2 Problems with the Password

PROBLEM CORRECTIVE ACTION
The default password is “1234”. Enter it in the
Login
screen.
If you have changed your password and cannot remember it, reset the
Prestige using the procedure in section 2.5.1.
I forgot my password
If the error persists, you may have a hardware problem. In this case, you
should contact your vendor.
