MonitorMouse for Windows 95 Uninstall Procedure
1. Close the Windows Control Panel if it is open.
2. Delete the following files from your \Windows\System
folder: MONMOUSE.VXD, MONMOUSE.HLP, and
MONMOUSE.CPL.
3. Start the REGEDIT.EXE program to edit the registry
(click the Start button, click Run, type "regedit" and
press <Enter>). Delete the following keys from the
registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control
Panel\desktop\DoubleClickHeight
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control
Panel\desktop\DoubleClickWidth
Delete the following registry key folders and their contents:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Ser
vices\VxD\
MonMouse
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Elo
TouchSystems
4. Use Notepad to delete the following line from the
[386Enh] section of the SYSTEM.INI file:
device=monmouse.vxd
5. Delete the directory C:\Elo to remove the touchscreen
diagnostic programs and sample Z-axis and calibration
programs.
Restart Windows 95.
