Clearing the Caller IDs Stored in Memory
(Only for FAX-525DT)
For the most effective use of the machine’s memory, it is recommended
that you should clear the Caller IDs stored in the machine’s memory.

Press Erase when the display shows the number.

Press 1 to erase. Press 2 to exit.

Press Caller ID (Set for Ireland).

Press Start.
Registering Caller ID information into One Touch,
Speed Dial
You can register the Caller ID into One-touch or Speed Dial numbers.

Press Caller ID (Set for Ireland). The screen displays:

PRESS START KEY
SELECT { } & SET

Press Z or X to scroll through the Call IDs in the memory.

Press Set. When the display shows the number you want to register.

Press One touch key or Speed Dial key (and Number key) and
press Set.

Enter name, and press Set.

Select the type of number (FAX, TEL, F/T), and press Set.

Press Stop to exit.
If the user tries to register Caller ID log to the One Touch or Speed Dial
already registered, the rejection tone sounds and the LCD shows
“REGISTERED”.
