Removal Sequence
Removing the Modem
To remove the modem, complete the following
steps:
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly.
2. Turn computer showing bottom side
upward.
3. Locate the modem door. (Modem door is
located on the left side when computer is
turned over with bottom side upward.)
4. Remove one screw from modem door.
5. Disconnect modem from the system board.
To replace the modem board, reverse the
previous procedures.
