specified. This position is averaged
and the result is put in the first
element of the data array The number
of samples is specified in modifier1 in
the csv file.

sample to average over.

If format=Bit then length is considered
during storage as bits are unpacked
into data array. If format is non equal

value into one array element.
Retrieved data is stored in standard
