3 Press the OK or PRINT button to print a photo index showing all the photos
stored on the memory card, up to 2000 photos. A message appears on
the printer’s LCD screen indicating the number of photo index pages that
will print.
Press the CANCEL button to continue without printing a photo index.
If you press the CANCEL button and then decide you want to print a photo index,
follow these steps:
1 Press the LAYOUT button until the message LAYOUT:INDEX PAGE appears
on the printer’s LCD screen. Press the OK button.
2 Press the S
ELECT PHOTOS button until the message SELECT:ALL appears
on the printer’s LCD screen. Press the OK button.
Note: If you select a single photo or range of photos, the S
ELECT:ALL option
will no longer appear. If you have already selected photos, you must print
or clear them before you can use S
ELECT:ALL. For information about printing
the selected photos, see print photos on page 31. For information about
clearing the selected photos, see clear photos on page 30.
3 Press the P
RINT button to print a photo index of all the photos stored on the
memory card, up to 2000 photos.

Once you have decided which photos on the memory card you want to print by
printing and viewing a photo index, you can use the printer’s control panel to
select those photos. For information about printing a photo index, see print a
photo index on page 22.

1 Insert a memory card into the printer’s memory card slot. For more
information, see insert a memory card on page 18.
The message P
RINT INDEX? OK OR CANCEL. appears on the printer’s LCD
screen.
2 If you already printed a photo index, press the CANCEL button. To print a
photo index, load paper in the paper tray and press the OK or P
RINT
button. For more information, see print a photo index on page 22.
3 When the message SELECT:# appears on the printer’s LCD screen, press the
S
ELECT PHOTOS or button until the index number of the photo you
want to select is displayed. (Refer to the index to determine the index
number of the photo.)
Tip: To scroll quickly through the index numbers, press and hold the S
ELECT
P
HOTOS or button.
