To print custom-size media (Mac OS 8.6 to 9.x)
1 On the File menu, click Page Setup.
2 In the Page Size pull-down menu, click Edit Custom Paper Sizes.
3 In the Name box, type a name for this custom page size.
4 In the Width and Height boxes, type the dimensions and click Add.
5 Click Done.
6 On the File menu, click Print.
7 Open the Page Setup dialog box and select the name that you gave this custom page
size.
8 Change any other settings if necessary.
9 Print the document.
To print custom-size media (Mac OS X)
1 On the File menu, click Page Setup.
2 In the Settings pull-down menu, click Custom Paper Size.
3 Click New.
4 In the Name box, type a name for this custom page size.
5 In the Width and Height boxes, type the dimensions and set the margins.
6 Click OK.
7 On the File menu, click Print.
8 Open the Page Setup dialog box and select the name that you gave this custom page
size. T
9 Change any other settings if necessary.
10 Print the document.
