Call (1) (208) 323-2551 in the U.S. Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm (Mountain Time) free of charge for 90 days. The 90-
day period begins with the first support call, and it must be within the one-year hardware warranty period. However, your standard
long-distance phone charges still apply. Have your product nearby and your serial number ready when calling.
After your free telephone-support period has expired, fee-based telephone assistance is available to answer your product questions.
