Note that:
❏ Date and time are mentioned in the time zone (system-specific TZ
variable) of the management server.
❏ Text strings are not enclosed in quotations.
❏ In the list of operators, the names are separated by one space.
❏ The instruction text is passed on without any modifications such as
masking quotes, backslashes, or other characters that might be
interpreted by a UNIX shell.
❏ In the list of custom message attributes, the “name=value” pairs are
separated by two semi-colons.
❏ The number of suppressed duplicate messages can only be different
than zero if the variables OPC_NOTIF_WHEN_DUPLICATE and/or
OPC_TT_WHEN_DUPLICATE have been set to TRUE in the opcsvinfo file.
