Display the “Copy Management” screen. (See page 7-3.)

Use the M cursor or the N cursor key to select
“x Management Setting” [“x COPY MGMT SETTING”].

Press the Enter key.

Use the M cursor or the N cursor key to select “v Copy
Limit Correction”.

Press the Enter key.

Use the numeric keys on the keypad to enter the department
code that you want to change to copy limit for.

NOTE
If you want to delete another department code, repeat steps 6 through
8.

Press the Stop/Clear key.
The message display will return to the screen in step 4.

Use the M cursor key to select “z End” and then press the
Enter key.
The message display will return to the screen in step 2.

The message display will return to the “Ready to copy.”
