Installing Alkaline Batteries
To use alkaline batteries, follow these steps:
1 Make sure that the power switch of the CD-ROM drive is off.
2 Open the battery cover by gently pushing the two protruding
clips as shown.
Attention
Do not combine new and used batteries.
3 Install six alkaline AA batteries into the battery compartment
with their polarities facing as shown.
