E-MAIL SETTING
1 Press the PROGRAM key and scroll through the
menus until you reach the Internet Fax menu and
press YES.
2 Press YES.
3 Enter the name that you want to be used on your E-
mails. This name will appear in the “FROM”
heading of your message.
4 Enter the E-mail address than press YES.
5 Enter the account name for your unit. This is the
name of the mailbox at the E-mail server. Then
press YES.
6 Enter the 4-digits password of the account name. It
allows your unit to log into the POP3 server to
receive E-mail.
7 Enter the E-mail address that remote machine will
reply to when they select “Reply” in their E-mail
program. Press YES to enter this selection memory.
