Timer TX
1 Select the Original Type and Resolution if
necessary and place your document in the
Document Feeder face down.
2 Press the FUNCTION Key and press 2 to select the
Timer TX menu.
3 The following message appears briefly to confirm
your selection.
4 Enter the time you wish the transmission to begin.
5 You can use Mail Key to enter E-mail address
manually or use One-Touch Key, Speed Dial Key.
One Touch, Speed Dial, and Group Dial
After you have programmed the E-mail locations, the procedure for transmitting using
One Touch, Speed Dial, or Group Dial is the same as transmitting a fax message. You can
refer to chapter 4.
Automatic Receive
Your facsimile device will automatically poll the POP3 mail server for received message.
This automatic operation and the frequency of polling are determined by the settings
programmed in the POP3 interval section.
