command displays the following information:
• Serial number
• Part number
• Manufacturer's name

• NAND cell type (SLC, MLC, or
unknown)
• Size of the device in blocks
• Size of a block in pages
• Size of a page in bytes (including ECC
overhead)
• Number of pads, planes and banks
• Size of an ECC-protected unit (includ-
ing check-bit overhead)

• Hardware UID
• Bus ID
• Vendor ID
