FXO Supervision Parameter Definitions
Field Name Values Description
Disconnect Supervision fields There are four possible criteria
for disconnection under FXO:
current reversal, current loss,
tone detection, and silence
detection. Disconnection can be
triggered by more than one of
the three criteria.

Reversal
Y/N Disconnection to be triggered
by reversal of current from the
PBX.
Current Loss Y/N Disconnection to be triggered
by loss of current. That is,
when Current Loss is enabled
(“Y”), the MultiVOIP will hang
up the call at a specified
interval after it detects a loss of
current initiated by the attached
device.
